Ford received EPA fuel economy rating for 2011 Lincoln MKX

Ford the US car manufacturer has received the Environmental Protection Agency or EPA fuel-economy rating for the 2011 Lincoln MKX which gives the premium crossover the best-in-class horsepower, torque and best fuel economy of any luxury crossover vehicle on the market.

2011 Lincoln MKX The 2011 Lincoln MKX is powered with a 305-hp 3.7L V6 engine system uses several fuel efficient tactics that improve performance with twin independent variable camshaft timing Ti-VCT, aggressive deceleration fuel shutoff and battery management. The fuel economy of the car is 19 mpg in city 26 mpg in highway with a combined fuel-economy of 21 mpg and 280 lb.ft. of torque.

The new 2011 MKX is the latest vehicle to deliver on Lincoln’s commitment of industry leading performance and fuel efficiency said in a report by Derrick Kuzak Ford group vice president, Global Product Development. It also offers no negotiation with best-in-class in fuel economy, horsepower and torque.
