Scion announced 2012 Scion tC Release Series 7.0 car

Scion has announced upcoming arrival of the 2012 Scion tC Release Series 7.0 car.

The Scion tC RS 7.0 car launch will be coupled with new advertising campaign, starring a very lighthearted Zeus. The limited edition car has an exclusive High Voltage tC using his legendary lightning bolt. The car exterior has TRD body kit and 18-inch alloy wheels.

The Scion tC RS 7.0 car interior has leather wrapped steering wheel with yellow stitching, two tone seats, individually numbered plaque, push button ignition and new Pioneer audio system with Bluetooth connectivity.

The Scion tC RS 7.0 car will production will be limited to 2,200 cars. The price of limited edition car is $20,905 and $21,905 when equipped with manual and automatic transmission respectively. The car will be available for sale with dealers on this summer.

Scion revealed new Scion FR-S Concept car

Scion the sports car manufacturer revealed new Scion FR-S Concept car at the 2011 New York Auto Show. The name FR-S Concept stands for Front-engine, Rear-wheel drive, Sport car.

The Scion FR-S Concept car is powered with the flat 2.0L boxer engine on front-engine with rear wheel drive configuration. The car uses direct and port injection system to increase the horsepower and torque. The car is connected with 6-speed manual transmission or automatic transmission.

The Scion FR-S Concept car features four-piston-caliper front brakes, sleek solid panel roofline, lightweight and rigid, LED angular headlights and edge taillights, monoblock Five Axis 20x8.5-inch wheels on front and 20x10.5-inch wheel on rear. The car is equipped with an aerodynamic shape that directs air cleanly on top.

The Scion FR-S Concept car is lightweight design and short wheelbase with dynamic maneuverability and confident stability. The car is painted with rich coats of Code Red which will be launched on next year.
